The time required to complete the inspection depends on the interior design, the amount of equipment, domestic electric appliances, and the complexity of utility systems. On average, it takes around 3 hours to inspect a 100-square-meter apartment/house.
During the house inspection, we conduct a thorough examination of the entire premises – floors and ceilings, walls, furniture, equipment, decorative elements, cavities in building structures, outlets, etc. – using a set of specialized search equipment.

We are located in Kyiv and do not have branches in other cities in Ukraine.
If it is necessary to inspect an object in another city, we travel there for the inspection ourselves.
Usually, the conditions of the trip are agreed upon individually with each client, depending on the scope of work and the distance of the object from Kyiv. In most cases, the minimum order is 200 sq. m of premises or at least 5 vehicles (a mixed order is also possible, subject to agreement with the manager).
Additionally, transportation costs are calculated at 30 UAH/km.
When signing a maintenance contract that includes at least four inspections per year, the client receives a 20% discount on all company services.
