The time required to complete the inspection depends on the interior design, the amount of equipment, domestic electric appliances, and the complexity of utility systems. On average, it takes around 3 hours to inspect a 100-square-meter apartment/house.

During the house inspection, we conduct a thorough examination of the entire premises – floors and ceilings, walls, furniture, equipment, decorative elements, cavities in building structures, outlets, etc. – using a set of specialized search equipment.

SEARCH OPERATIONS INCLUDE:

1. Monitoring radio frequency signals to detect active radio eavesdropping devices using Delta X and Oscor Green systems;
2. For precise localization of the radio signal source, a detailed inspection of the room and interior items is conducted using near-field indicators – Piranha and Protect detectors;
3. Inspection of the premises using a Flir thermal imager to identify suspicious areas with elevated temperature;
4. Inspection of the premises using optical detectors Wega and OKA to detect hidden video cameras;
5. Search for “sleeping bugs” is performed visually, if necessary using an endoscope, and with a non-linear junction detector, which responds to the presence of any electronic devices.

The search for and detection of surveillance devices is a technical process. The duration and effectiveness of the inspection depend on compliance with the following rules and conditions:

1. The inspected premises should be cleared of unused electronic items such as broken phones, old printers, or outdated office equipment;
2. During the inspection, personal electronic devices (e.g. mobile phones, modems), as well as weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials, or narcotics must not be present in the room;
3. The client or their authorized representative should inform the specialist about any existing security or communication systems in the premises, such as alarms, access control systems, internet access points, DVRs, etc;
4. The client or their representative must ensure that no unauthorized persons are present in the premises during the inspection;
5. The client or their representative must follow the specialist’s instructions regarding radio silence and minimizing noise near the inspection area;
6. The specialist should not be distracted during the inspection. Any questions should be asked before or after the process. Full consultation will be provided once the inspection is complete.
