Two hidden active GPS trackers were found in the cars of a client and his wife. The client requested a vehicle inspection after a wiretap was found in his home.
The tracker in the client’s car was held by magnets on a metal element of the rear axle suspension assembly. The location of the tracker was localized using a nonlinear locator, as it was not visually identifiable.
The tracker in the wife’s car was localized using a radio signal detector in almost the same location as in the previous car.
